Can I return an item? Yes, you can return an item and we will refund your purchase in the form of a Gift Card, which you can spend online within a year of issue. We do take great care to make sure all the items we sell are in excellent condition and are as described, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you find the clothes don’t fit or weren’t as you expected, we gladly accept the return of that item as long as;
• The items are returned to us in their original condition within 10 days following delivery.
• Items sold as ‘never worn’ or 'brand new' are returned with the tag intact and are still new, unworn and unwashed.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the return, you’ll be refunded the original price of the item(s) if they are in their original condition and all return criteria are met, in the form of a Store Gift Card.
How do I return an item?
Please use our returns centre here to arrange a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
What address should I send my returns to? Our Stores address is: 74 Andries Pretorious street, Somerset West, Cape Town 7130. You’ll be sent return address details once you’ve registered your return request in our returns centre, here.
Can I get my money back? We unfortunately don't refund in money due to our stock being on a consignment bases. We will refund you the full amount in the form of a Store Gift Card. This Gift Card can be used online (or in-store) within one year of being issued.
How soon will I get my refund? A maximum of 5 days after we have received and checked the return item(s).
Can I return an item that was on sale? Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Over 10 days have passed since an item I bought shipped. Am I still able to return it? We operate on a strict 10 day return policy, sorry.
Can I cancel a purchase? Yes you can. Please let us know via email or whatsapp prior to shipping otherwise we will need to charge you for shipping costs.
